The project comes to life during the construction phase. Homeowners will meet their construction team and the project will start shortly after all applicable building permits have been approved. During construction, our project manager will provide frequent updates and engage homeowners in any and all intermediate decisions.

Final Stage

Warranty Beyond

We hereby warrant that all work performed, (or to be performed), is in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents and free from defective or inferior materials and workmanship for twelve months after the date of Completion.
